I visited Dentists of Hialeah for a basic dental cleaning, and since it was my first time there, they had a special offer for $89. Just a heads-up for others: if you haven't had a cleaning in more than a year, it will likely cost a bit more due to the deep cleaning required. Overall, the customer service was great, the staff was very attentive, and the facility itself is super clean and pleasant. A very good experience for a first visit! 🦷

No one likes going to the dentist. Unless you’re a psychopath… or a dentist lol. Emily was incredible. She explained everything she was doing as she went and made the entire experience so much more pleasant than I ever expected. I have always been terrified of the dentist due to past experiences. Emily was so understanding and empathetic the whole way through. You can tell she truly enjoys what she does. The entire staff here was incredibly kind, welcoming, and so caring. Emily’s bedside manner should be a benchmark for all healthcare professionals. I will no longer skip out on cleanings and dentist appointments thanks to this amazing office.

Andrea was amazing, so sincere and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Suarez was so kind and understanding. I usually don’t like the dentist but here i felt so good and comfortable. Everyone here was so kind and helpful right down to the payment options. I couldn’t recommend this office enough.

Big shoutout to the front desk for going above and beyond. Even as a new patient, they made sure I got in while I was dealing with discomfort something my previous dentist couldn’t do after 3 years. That level of care really stood out. Thank you Patricia and Ani for your excellent customer service. Dr. Emily Suarez was caring, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout. Thank you DR! Andrea did a great job with the cleaning, and Mercy was great with imaging as well. Overall, an amazing team highly recommended.

I hadn’t gone to the dentist in years and a goal of mine in 2026 was to finally stop putting it off and take the steps to go. I don’t have a set dentist so was really just looking for one in the area for convenience, and found this place. Scheduled an appointment online and found a booking within two days. Upon arrival, I instantly knew I was in good hands. The staff members are incredibly attentive and kind, and really put your interests at the forefront. I expressed to them my concerns and my history and that very day, fixed what I was insecure about. Dr. Suarez and Ashley, my main dentist and technician were soooo sweet and fun to talk to. The other staff even went out of their way to help me fix my Sonny Angel, something completely unrelated to their specialty, which literally made my day (for reference, the green part of him was falling off so they gave me glue to put him back together - without me asking or anything). They answered all my questions, no matter how silly they seemed and I walked out of there with a new found confidence in my smile! They feel clean, look clean, and smell fresh. Genuinely looking forward to my next visit! So happy with my teeth and my gum heal
